Though the “What’s new” window says that the Aisian Language input was improved, still the current implementation is not satisfactory at all. For example, keys to switch Japanese Kana and Roman letters (“英数” key and “かな” key) do not work correctly. I would like the developint tem to read the review comments here for the previous version, which pointed out various problems I also have. What’s newには「アジア言語の問題を改善した」とあるけれども，ここの過去のバージョンで指摘されている複数の問題に私も遭遇しています。きちんと読んで，確かめてほしいところです。

私はWindowsキーボードをMACに接続しているのですが、 このアプリでリモートすると英語キーボードになってしまいます。 これを、Windows側のフリーソフトは keyhacというキーリマップ ソフトで回避できました。 設定は「オレゴンリージョンで日本語キーボードを使うたった1つの方法」で出てくるブログのものを使いました。 これでなんとか使えていますが、変換キーやカタカナひらがなキーなど特殊キーはききません。 やはりMac RDT側で日本語キーボード設定できるようにしていただきたいです。 to Microsoft I connect Windows keyboard to MAC and use it.When logging in to a PC already, there are no problems of keyboard layout. But when I log on to a PC just after the start in RDT, recognition of a keyboard becomes strange. Its changed to English Keyboard in RDT, and IME cant be input.

Macbook Air 日本語キーボードです。この赤いアイコンのRDPになってからレスポンスが高速になり、すごくイイ。 ひとつ前のバージョンでIME ON/OFFがうまくできなくなったが解消した。ちなみに英語キーボードの人に常識だと教わったのですが、IME ON/OFFはoption+@です。日本語キーボードであってもRDPでは同じです。あと接続時のドメインとアカウントのセパレータは¥ではなくです。これらを知っていればWindows版のRDPより快適です。 あと参考ですが、WindowsのRDPでログインしたままセッションを切って、MacのRDPで接続するとキーボードの認識がおかしくなったことがあるので今はMac版RDPに統一しています。

日本語キーボード - MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2009) で使う方法。 1. ¥は、]キーで入力できます。 2. Windowsでの日本語入力切り替えは、IMEのキーアサインで。（CTLキーをベースにしてます） 3. @や=など、その他の記号キーは頭の中で振替えて。 慣れれば、なんとかなります。 でも、今度MacBook Proを買うときは,英語キーボードにしよう。

El capitan環境で利用していますが、接続が不安定すぎて使い物になりません。 Office Mac 2011でのRemote Desktop Appでも不安定なのでOSの不安定のような気もします。 が、 日本語入力環境含め本気を出して開発して欲しい。 改善がのろすぎて呆れます。

ウィンドウを最大化するとタイトルバーの上半分ほどが見切れてしまいます。

MacからRDPでWindowsマシンにアクセスした場合にキー配列が英語キーボードになってしまい、記号類が打てない問題が多発しているようですが、どうやらこれはRDPクライアントの問題というよりも、アクセスされる側のWindowsのRDPの問題のようです。 Windows側でMacのJISキーボードが定義されていないため、リモートキーボードデバイスの配列にデフォルトのasciiレイアウトを選んでしまうのが原因らしいです。 もし、アクセスするWindowsマシンのキーボードが日本語配列ならばレジストリで以下の項目を追加することにより日本語キーボード配列を矯正することができる可能性があります。 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlKeyboard Layout に IgnoreRemoteKeyboardLayout というREG WORD 項目を追加し 値を1にセットして再起動をかけてみてください。 私の場合はこれで正常にJIS配列のタイプができるようになりました（細かな機能キーなどは使えないものもあるかもしれませんが…。）

Do not even consider to install… When you open any office app on the server side the connection crashes. I wrote to MS but no news yet...

Old versions had search option. This version updated and search is lost. Why removed?

Neden arama özelliğini kaldırdınız? (Why did you remove search option?) Yüzlerce sunucu içerisinden el ile arama yapmak zorundayım. (I have to find server manually from hundreds of servers)

after installed Version 8.0.8 (Build 25010 it is using %99 CPU constantly, other than this problem it is good.

Well. It works fine until one wants to share local folders in remote host. This doesn’t work for me.

It connects and you can manage PC remotely, but clipboard and files sharing do not seem to work, at least with OSX 10.9

Search is gone. You can’t search or filter defined connections, just scroll until you find what you need. Seriously, removing one of the most important features it terrible idea. Worst update in the whole history of updates.

Was working fine, I wasn’t upgrading it cause I didn’t see the need to. Now after the update I can’t connect to any of my set up machines. I am getting an error about proper ip address.

It’s a great, useful app but really can’t you just update it once for good, and not give minor fixes all the time? This is only app I have that has constant blue dot beside it’s icon - haven’t yet used version 8.0.10 and now it’s 8.0.18 and I fear that tomorow will bring 8.0.19 with message „changed spacing between icons in toolbar”. Give it a break, join some updates and then release!

Great app but only one thing is missing - allow us to map crtl to command because when I compy something from Safari I use command+c and when want to paste to RDP I need to use crtl+v and this switching drives me crazy and wastes my time.

1. Lack of ‘Disable keyboard mapping’ option. I have 3 layouts on my Mac and need only default (EN-US) on the remote servers. Every session starts with keyboard switching, boring. 2. Lack of ‘Ignore certificates errors’. All of the certificates for RDP are self-signed and I had to trust every of them, boring. 3. Groups in the list would be a nice feature for those who has more than 40 servers to maintain.
